Business Analyst

Let's take a look at the profile we are looking for:
  • Ambitious people with a passion for this area;
  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Management or similar;
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a developer;
  • Define and detail business requirements;
  • Communicate the needs of the business to the technical teams;
  • Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reports;
  • Able to critically analyze and monitor requests for functional changes and clarify doubts with the customer;
  • Knowledge of information systems, IT architecture and architecture frameworks;
  • Knowledge of Ardoq or similar;
  • Contribute to the implementation of IT architecture, aligned with good market practices and business needs;
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure and security teams to ensure the quality of solutions;
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and trends, proposing continuous improvements in IT infrastructure;
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies;
  • Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English);
  • Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines;
  • Sense of responsibility, commitment and integrity;
  • Focus on innovation, dynamism, autonomy and teamwork;
  • Availability to work 2/3 days on-site;
  • Availability to start in the beginning of May.
