
Business Analyst
ASSOCIATE

- Ambitious people with a passion for this area;
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Management or similar;
- 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a developer;
- Define and detail business requirements;
- Communicate the needs of the business to the technical teams;
- Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reports;
- Able to critically analyze and monitor requests for functional changes and clarify doubts with the customer;
- Knowledge of information systems, IT architecture and architecture frameworks;
- Knowledge of Ardoq or similar;
- Contribute to the implementation of IT architecture, aligned with good market practices and business needs;
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure and security teams to ensure the quality of solutions;
- Research and evaluate new technologies and trends, proposing continuous improvements in IT infrastructure;
- Experience with Agile Methodologies;
- Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English);
- Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines;
- Sense of responsibility, commitment and integrity;
- Focus on innovation, dynamism, autonomy and teamwork;
- Availability to work 2/3 days on-site;
- Availability to start in the beginning of May.
